Refunds Policy

  • To return any goods, you must produce a receipt or till slip receipt to the store that shows when and where the goods were bought.
  • Should you wish to exchange or return goods purchased within 30 days, we will gladly exchange them for you or, if you are returning the goods, we will gladly accept them and reverse the transaction to a gift voucher.

Our Exchange Policy

  • The goods are unworn or unused with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached;
  • The goods are in a saleable condition;
  • Gift vouchers will not be refunded.

Three Months Return Policy for Defective Goods

  • We may repair or exchange defective merchandise provided proof of purchase is produced.
  • We will gladly accept return of the defective goods and reverse the transaction on your Gift Voucher provided proof of purchase is produced.

Online Purchases

  • Simoni recognizes that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the correct items online and we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchasing experience with Simoni.
  • Exchanges Policy is all about making it simpler for you to return anything that’s ‘not quite right’ and all clauses listed above also apply to online purchases.
  • You can choose to return or exchange your item either in one of our Simoni branches.
  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please contact our Customer Service team on 011 6090342/0796074269 or email us on online@www.simoni.co.za as soon as possible.
  • A delivery fee of R100.00 will be charged
